Summer in a bowl : Cucumber and Strawberry Spinach Salad
This light yet refreshing salad is one of our go-to recipes to make in the summertime. It’s easy enough to prepare for lunch and bring to the studio (we are quite obsessed with the W&P Porter Bowl Lunch Containers) or serve for dinner, and if you’re having friends over, they will be impressed with your cooking skills! We promise! The best part about this recipe is there’s actually no cooking involved. Simply slice all of the raw ingredients and mix everything together. And voila, you’ve created a 5-star salad!
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
5 strawberries, sliced
1 /2 cup spinach
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
2 Tbsp feta
1 sprig of mint leaves
First, slice the cucumber and strawberries.
Then, add the spinach and then the cucumber, strawberries, sliced almonds, and feta into your bowl.
