Our Studio Organizer Notion Template is designed for photographers, videographers, animators and creative studios / agencies that handle props, backgrounds and studio equipment.

You can use the Client Portal template on a free individual Notion plan!
You’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan if you’re planning on uploading files larger than 5mb or sharing your hub with more than 5 team members.

Notion can be slightly intimidating for the first time users so we highly recommend to set aside 15-30 min once you access the template for the first time to get familiar with all tabs and functionality. Give the template a good walkthrough, check out all the content we’ve prefilled for you and you’ll see how intuitive it becomes when you spend some time in the app!
Once you’re ready, just start replacing the pre-filled demo content with your own data, and proceed customizing and adapting the template to your creative business needs.
